Business Development Representative – Dutch Market

About the role

As a Business Development Representative focusing on the Dutch market, you will drive commercial growth by identifying, qualifying and scheduling high‑quality meetings for our sales teams. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, delivering a professional and timely response.
• Qualify prospects against predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our solutions.
• Schedule well‑prepared meetings for the sales team and provide relevant background information.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to review pipeline performance and refine outreach strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of outbound prospecting and appointment‑setting processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a BDR, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Self‑driven, proactive and motivated by achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
