About the role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on the Dutch market, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects. Working closely with sales and marketing, you will help build a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high‑quality meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Act as the initial contact for inbound leads, delivering a professional and timely response.
  • Qualify prospects against predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Schedule well‑prepared meetings for the sales team and provide relevant background information.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to review pipeline performance and refine outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting and appointment‑setting processes.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in a BDR, SDR or similar outbound sales role.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM tools.
