Business Development Manager

About the role

Palmki, a division of Perfect‑ID, is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role focuses on creating new market opportunities for the Palmki hand‑palm identity platform across access‑control, payment and automation use cases. You will work closely with internal technical experts while leading the commercial side of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities in target markets such as office buildings, campuses, healthcare facilities and retail chains.
• Build and nurture relationships with facility managers, property developers, security managers, architects and other decision‑makers.
• Manage the commercial pipeline, from lead generation to closing pilot projects and securing reference customers.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate opportunities into concrete projects.
• Represent Palmki at trade fairs, industry events and networking meetings.
• Support the development of a partner and integrator network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in access‑control, security or smart‑building sectors.
• Strong commercial mindset with consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
