Boutique Manager – Hasselt

About the role

As a Boutique Manager at Nespresso you will grow the Hasselt boutique by promoting coffee, machine and accessory sales while enrolling new members for the Nespresso Club. You will lead a dynamic team of sales advisors, manage inventory and cash flow, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve growth by developing the boutique business through coffee, machine and accessory sales and new club member registration.
• Develop people: build, motivate and manage the team.
• Set sales and qualitative objectives for the boutique.
• Manage inventory and ensure cash flow accuracy.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• Organize team planning and demo agents.
• Respect budget amounts.
• Communicate with all departments (accountancy, IT, logistics, marketing, HR) and respect deadlines.

Required profile

• Secondary education plus 2‑3 years of higher education at a university or specialist college.
• Minimum 5 years of extensive professional experience in retail (hospitality or up‑market hotel experience is a plus).
• Experience in customer complaint management, project management, change management and people management.
• Ability to motivate and develop direct reports and be stress‑resilient.
• Willingness to work challenging hours, including opening and closing times.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
