About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the Benelux region. This is a hunter‑focused position with a clear pathway to a future team‑lead role, allowing you to shape commercial growth and build a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and win new business with strategic clients in Belgium, the Netherlands and surrounding markets.
- Sell tailored multimodal logistics solutions—including air, ocean, road, and warehousing—to meet client needs.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy.
- Prepare to transition into a team‑management role as the business scales.
Required profile
- Proven track record in freight forwarding or logistics business development.
- Strong hunter mentality with ambition to move into leadership.
- Experience selling multimodal solutions (air, ocean, road, warehousing).
- Commercially driven, autonomous, and ready to take ownership of results.
