Business Development Manager – Benelux (Hunter & Future Team Lead)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the Benelux region. This is a hunter‑focused position with a clear pathway to a future team‑lead role, allowing you to shape commercial growth and build a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business with strategic clients in Belgium, the Netherlands and surrounding markets.
• Sell tailored multimodal logistics solutions—including air, ocean, road, and warehousing—to meet client needs.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy.
• Prepare to transition into a team‑management role as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven track record in freight forwarding or logistics business development.
• Strong hunter mentality with ambition to move into leadership.
• Experience selling multimodal solutions (air, ocean, road, warehousing).
• Commercially driven, autonomous, and ready to take ownership of results.
