Business Developer – Innovation Funding (up to €65k + uncapped bonus)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international consulting group that helps organisations secure grants, tax credits and other innovation funding. As a Business Developer you will sell solutions that directly fuel innovation and enable companies to unlock millions in funding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects across technology, aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals and other business‑development initiatives.
• Understand clients' R&D projects to pinpoint funding and optimisation opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
• Develop long‑term relationships with CEOs and key decision‑makers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams to deliver tailored funding solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional proficiency in the other national language and English.
• First experience in sales, business development, consulting, recruitment or another client‑facing role.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive.
