Business Developer (French/Dutch) – Payroll/Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to launch and grow our innovative delivery platform in Belgium. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will build the client base, manage the full sales cycle and lay the foundations for future expansion, with the potential to become Country Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across retail chains, franchisees and independent shops.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales process – prospecting, negotiation, closing and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with headquarters teams such as marketing and sales operations to align strategies.
• Visit customers and represent the company at events throughout Belgium.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; conversational English.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a complete sales cycle independently.
