Business Developer – EV & Mobility (Belgium)

About the role
We are looking for a Business Developer to lead our EV and mobility expansion across Belgium. You will act as the internal EV expert, advising customers on charging solutions, supporting the wider sales team, and building strategic partnerships within the EV ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new and existing business with a strong focus on EV charging solutions.
- Advise companies on home, workplace and public charging options.
- Support and enable the broader sales team on all EV‑related topics.
- Build and manage partnerships across the charging ecosystem.
- Translate market trends and customer needs into commercial opportunities.
- Travel regularly across Belgium to meet customers, partners and attend key industry events.
Required profile
- 3 to 6 years of commercial experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Strong affinity for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, fleet, leasing, energy or mobility.
- Entrepreneurial, self‑starting attitude and comfortable working autonomously.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (trilingual).
