Business Controller – Supply Chain & Innovation

About the role

As a Supply Chain & Innovation Controller you will sit at the intersection of operational performance and future growth. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Finance to provide financial clarity for key decisions, steer performance and build the business cases behind new innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to monitor costs, performance and key financial indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for logistics, distribution and procurement activities.
• Develop and challenge financial business cases for innovation and new product development projects.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, NPD, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment on project profitability.
• Contribute to reporting improvements, process simplification and data quality using SAP and related tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of controlling experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to translate complex figures into clear business insights.
• Strong partnership skills with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Danish are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems – SAP experience.
• Power BI (or similar data‑visualisation tools).
