Business Controller – Supply Chain & Innovation

About the role

The Business Controller – Supply Chain & Innovation will sit at the intersection of operational performance and future growth. Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Finance, you will provide financial clarity for key decisions, support performance steering and shape business cases for upcoming innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to monitor costs, performance and key financial indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across logistics, distribution and procurement activities.
• Build and challenge financial business cases for innovation and new product development projects.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, NPD, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment on project profitability and performance.
• Contribute to reporting improvements, process simplification and data quality through SAP and related tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Ability to translate complex figures into clear business insights.
• Strong partnership building across functions and with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Danish are assets.
