Senior Tax Specialist – Company Car, Bonus & Benefits

About the role

The Senior Tax Specialist will be the primary contact for all tax‑related matters across the Belgian headquarters and the e‑commerce marketplace. Reporting to both the Accounting Manager and the CFO, you will analyse regulatory changes and ensure tax compliance in a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly VAT filings for Belgium, France and Luxembourg, including Intrastat and statistical declarations.
• Oversee intercompany netting processes and assess related tax implications.
• Ensure compliance with indirect tax, customs, cross‑border transaction requirements and corporate tax provisions (ISOC).
• Prepare quarterly VAT calculations, corporate tax calculations, transfer‑pricing documentation and client listings.
• Support Pillar 2 compliance, DAC7, Deemed Supplier and C2C requirements for the marketplace.
• Review and validate invoice flows, profit‑split analyses and act as the main tax contact for the marketplace business.
• Coordinate with local tax specialists on international projects and identify tax risks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Law or Tax/Fiscal sciences.
• Fluent English with good French or Dutch.
• Strong expertise in corporate tax and indirect tax (VAT) with hands‑on operational experience.
• Critical mindset to analyse future regulatory impact.
• Experience in international, cross‑border tax environments and managing multiple compliance cycles.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and cross‑country coordination.
