Business Controller – Finance & Strategy Role

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller who will turn financial data into strategic insights and work closely with top management. Based in Brussels, you will support a fast‑growing international cosmetics company where performance, people and sustainability drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Transform financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for the Group.
• Monitor, analyse and challenge key performance indicators such as revenue, margins, costs and inventory.
• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure data reliability across the organisation.
• Act as a business partner to country directors and operational teams, providing financial guidance.
• Participate in transformation projects, improving tools, processes and data quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in controlling, finance or audit.
• Fluent in English and French.

• Salary up to €65,000 gross per year, based on experience.
