Business Controller – Finance & Strategy (30 days vacation)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join a fast‑growing international retail company in Brussels. In this position you will turn financial data into actionable insights and work closely with top management to influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Transform financial data into clear, actionable insights for the Group.
• Monitor and challenge key performance indicators such as revenue, margins, costs and inventory.
• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure data reliability.
• Act as a business partner to country directors and operational teams.
• Support transformation projects related to tools, processes and data management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in controlling and/or audit.
• Fluent in English and French.
