Business Controller – 30 days vacation & mobility budget

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller who will turn financial data into clear, actionable insights and influence strategic decisions at group level. You will work closely with top management and country directors in a fast‑growing international cosmetics company based in the heart of Brussels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform financial data into concise, decision‑ready reports
• Monitor and challenge key KPIs such as revenue, margins, costs and inventory
• Play a central role in monthly closings and ensure data reliability
• Act as a business partner to country directors and operational teams
• Contribute to transformation projects covering tools, processes and data quality

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance
• 5–8 years of experience in controlling and/or audit
• Fluent in English and French
