About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Radisson Hotel Group as a Breakfast Waiter. You will be the first point of contact for guests during breakfast service, ensuring a memorable dining experience that aligns with the brand promise of "Every Moment Matters".

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the breakfast service, delivering high‑quality food and beverage experiences.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to control costs, manage inventory, and meet departmental targets.
• Uphold company culture, values, and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Hands‑on, can‑do work style and ability to take ownership of assigned duties.
• Personal integrity and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with IT systems on various platforms is a plus.
