About the role

Join the Radisson Hotel Group as a Breakfast Chef and lead the morning dining experience for hotel guests. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality buffet service while maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the breakfast shift, ensuring smooth operation of a full buffet service.
• Prepare and present dishes in line with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Interact with guests to enhance satisfaction and create memorable dining moments.
• Maintain strict stock rotation, minimise waste, and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, complying with Health & Safety and HACCP regulations.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a hotel or large‑scale kitchen environment.
• Strong supervisory abilities with a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example approach.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to find creative solutions.
• High personal integrity and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Knowledge of HACCP, health and safety, and food handling regulations.
• Stock rotation, inventory control, and waste reduction.
• Kitchen team supervision and performance management.
