Brand Representative - Hollister, Brussels

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Brand Representative for its Hollister store in Brussels. Brand Representatives bring store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. The role suits someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome and attend to all customers, anticipate their needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organized and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping a friendly checkout experience.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English; Dutch is optional but appreciated.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.
