Brand Manager – Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg

About the role

As the Brand Manager for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, you will drive the brand strategy and execution for Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin and Ruinart across the distributor market. Working closely with the Marketing Director and the Maisons, you will ensure consistent brand positioning, premium activation, and measurable growth in these key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with global strategy and local market dynamics.
• Lead 360° brand activations—including PR, events, digital, trade marketing and partnerships—ensuring premium, on‑brand execution.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless activations and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to align marketing plans with commercial objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, track KPIs, prepare business reviews and adjust strategies based on market insights.
• Supervise one intern, providing guidance on daily activities and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably in FMCG, luxury, or Wines & Spirits.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑market or multi‑channel projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
