BI Developer – Data Engineering & Analytics

About the role

Gaming1, a leader in land‑based and online gaming, is seeking a BI Developer to design, build and evolve data pipelines and analytics products. The role supports decision‑making, operational monitoring and strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, domain‑oriented data pipelines from ingestion to consumption.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights, KPIs, dashboards and analytical reports for business and executive teams.
• Implement data quality controls, governance principles and monitoring to ensure reliable, compliant data usage.
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses, monitor business processes and support strategic projects for operational teams.
• Document data products, deliver training and guidance to promote a data‑driven culture.
• Contribute to the data roadmap, propose improvements and stay current with data engineering and BI best practices.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a focus on business impact.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

• SQL
• Python or PySpark
• Relational databases and data modelling
• Power BI (preferred) or similar dashboarding tools
• Cloud‑based data pipeline development
