Behavioural Health Coach – Telehealth (Remote, Belgium)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Behavioural Health Coach, providing 30‑minute video sessions that support clients’ mental wellbeing and personal development. This freelance, remote position offers flexible business hours and the chance to complement an existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one mental health coaching sessions via video, focusing on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Assist clients in defining personal, career, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the coaching program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches: minimum 200 coaching hours; counsellors: minimum 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language (Dutch or French for Belgium).
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
