Back of House Housekeeping Associate

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Back of House Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of hygiene and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms, lobby, hallways and public areas daily.
• Replace linens, replenish supplies, empty wastebaskets and arrange furnishings according to the Executive Housekeeper’s guidelines.
• Report damages, hazards, repairs and any security concerns to the supervisor.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, logging details and returning them to the housekeeping department.
• Deep clean corridors, service areas and perform shampooing as needed.
• Maintain pass‑key security and ensure carts and linen closets are restocked at shift end.
• Deliver housekeeping items, amenities and food orders to guest rooms upon request.
• Assist with lobby functions such as morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel housekeeping role.
• Strong problem‑solving instincts and professional verbal communication.
• Commitment to guest safety and security.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 35 lb (up to 50 lb as required).
• Flexible schedule – able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
