Audit Supervisor – French Speaking

About the role

RSM Belgium is seeking a bilingual French‑English Audit Supervisor to join its Zaventem office. You will lead audit engagements for mid‑size and larger national and international clients, ensuring high‑quality financial audit delivery while acting as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an experienced audit team on statutory and financial audit engagements.
• Plan, execute and review audit field work, reporting and completion for SMBs and larger corporate clients.
• Prepare audit files in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and draft audit reports.
• Provide technical audit guidance and coaching to junior team members.
• Maintain regular communication with senior managers, directors and partners on audit progress.
• Visit client sites, serve as the primary point of contact, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Monitor and follow up on team timesheets.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, finance or a related field.
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Motivation for a fast‑track career in a growing international firm.

Required skills

• Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Experience in financial audit planning and execution.
