Associate White Collar – French & Dutch (Brussels)

About the role

Andersen is seeking a French‑ and Dutch‑speaking Associate to join its White Collar practice in Brussels. You will work on high‑profile investigations, compliance matters and regulatory disputes for both national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in handling White Collar investigations and litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings and client communications.
• Support client advisory on anti‑corruption, sanctions and corporate compliance.
• Coordinate with cross‑border teams and external counsel as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results.
• 3–5 years of experience in White Collar or related fields.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Client‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Legal research and drafting.
• Knowledge of Belgian and EU White Collar regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
