Associate Marketing Manager – Medical Devices (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Marketing Manager to lead commercial and customer engagement initiatives for medical devices in the Belgian market. You will work within the Benelux marketing team, translating regional objectives into local activities that support healthcare professionals, patients, and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to develop and implement annual marketing plans tailored to Belgium.
• Identify local market opportunities and align activities with Benelux and European business goals.
• Provide market insights based on customer feedback, competitive activity, and healthcare trends.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in‑person, and hybrid channels.
• Adapt global and regional campaigns for local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure all activities meet local requirements.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners, overseeing material development and promotional activities.
• Track campaign effectiveness, analyse performance data, and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience delivering both professional (B2B/HCP) and consumer‑focused marketing initiatives.
