About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our LIU∙JO boutique in Antwerp. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain brand standards, and develop a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

Assist in all operational and managerial activities of the store.
Drive assisted sales, motivate the team, and improve profitability through collaboration.
Train and coach new sales assistants, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Monitor store KPIs and implement actions to enhance performance.
Ensure the store’s visual presentation aligns with brand merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

Experience in the fashion industry, preferably with medium‑high‑end women’s clothing brands.
Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
Engaging, empathetic communication style.
Result‑oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
Passion for fashion trends and a keen interest in the sector.
Residency near Antwerp is preferred.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
