About the role

We are seeking an Art Director to shape bold, high‑impact creative work for fast‑moving restaurant and retail clients. Based in Belgium and working remotely, you will translate marketing strategy into compelling visual concepts across branding, campaigns, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong creative concepts for campaigns, branding, social media, and multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into visual directions, sketches, storyboards, and polished deliverables.
• Lead projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to refine ideas and push creative boundaries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cultural trends, advertising practices, and platform‑specific requirements.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and elevate overall creative output.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in advertising agencies, creative studios, or brand‑focused design environments.
• Strong conceptual thinking and an advanced visual design portfolio.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Comfortable using AI tools to support ideation and production workflows.
• Excellent time‑management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a remote‑friendly setting.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
