Architect Customer Engagement

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to shape and evolve the Customer Engagement ecosystem for its Innovative Medicine division across EMEA. You will lead the design of end‑to‑end digital solutions that enable seamless interactions for patients, customers, and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Commercial EMEA Customer Engagement, covering applications, integrations, and data flows in partnership with Product and Platform Owners.
• Develop end‑to‑end architecture for strategic solutions that support customer‑engagement journeys across multiple markets and channels.
• Apply integration patterns such as event‑driven and API‑first designs to create robust, scalable integration architectures.
• Ensure all designs comply with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, Healthcare Business Integrity) and embed security and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with technology specialists to produce best‑in‑class architectural blueprints, focusing on application, data, and analytics layers.

• Proven ability to view the big picture while diving deep into technical solution design.
• Strong communication and visualization skills, with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Experience leading architecture initiatives in a complex, multi‑country environment.
