About the role

We are looking for Arabic‑speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this position you will help keep our online communities safe and welcoming by reviewing and moderating user‑generated content in Arabic, ensuring compliance with our guidelines and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate Arabic content on various social media platforms according to community standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to user interactions in Arabic.
• Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content following established procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content strategy and community engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, policy changes, and moderation best practices.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
