Application Developer

About the role

The Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality software applications that meet business needs and improve user experiences. You will work closely with solution designers, technical designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment with strategic goals and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure reliability and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated on technological trends and propose new tools or methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and API specifications.
• Communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, provide user support, and manage incidents, including on‑call rotations.
• Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in application development.
