AI Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to help shape the future of healthcare technology. Based in Belgium, you will design reliable, structured AI systems that support clinical decision‑making and improve provider efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and continuously improve AI‑driven clinical note templates.
• Build structured AI workflows using GPT‑based technologies, prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning.
• Create and maintain retrieval‑ready knowledge assets in JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas.
• Convert clinical protocols, articles, and educational materials into governed AI knowledge structures.
• Develop AI note‑generation architectures that incorporate templates, provider preferences, clinical rules, patient context, and human review.
• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define AI strategy and enhance intelligent clinical features.
• Design safety frameworks and guardrails to improve AI consistency, explainability, and provider confidence.
• Contribute to solutions such as pre‑visit summaries, encounter documentation, lab analysis, treatment insights, and follow‑up workflows.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of AI systems, structured data, and healthcare workflows.
• Proven experience building reliable, governed AI solutions.
• Ability to translate complex clinical information into practical, scalable AI workflows.

Required skills

• GPT‑based language models (e.g., OpenAI).
• Structured data formats: JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, retrieval schemas.
• Design of prompt chains, output contracts, and AI safety frameworks.
