About the role

Publicis Groupe Belgium is seeking a highly creative AI‑native talent to shape the future of visual storytelling using Generative AI. As an AI Creative, you will work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers and Production teams to turn ideas into innovative, visually striking, and scalable outputs across image, video and motion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts using GenAI tools.
• Create high‑end AI‑generated visuals, motion and video content for campaigns, social media, digital experiences and brand assets.
• Explore emerging AI tools, workflows and creative technologies.
• Translate briefs and creative ideas into compelling AI‑driven visual executions.
• Combine creative intuition with advanced prompting techniques to ensure artistic and brand‑consistent results.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Designers to enhance campaign ideas through AI.
• Build visual worlds, moods, aesthetics and storytelling systems using GenAI.
• Contribute to AI creative methodologies, workflows and internal inspiration libraries.
• Stay ahead of trends in GenAI creativity, visual culture, design, motion and digital innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years in creative roles such as Art Direction, Design, Motion Design, Digital Creation or Creative Technology.
• Strong hands‑on experience with GenAI image and/or video tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, Kling, Freepik, ComfyUI, Flux, Stable Diffusion).
• Excellent creative eye with deep understanding of composition, aesthetics, storytelling, visual culture and branding.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to visual exploration.
• Proven experience creating AI‑enhanced campaign visuals, social content, motion or storytelling assets.
• Curiosity and passion for emerging technologies and AI‑driven creativity.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑evolving creative environment.
• Experience with motion, editing or 3D is a plus.
• Knowledge of prompting, workflows, fine‑tuning or AI pipelines is a plus.
