AI Adoption Architect (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Adoption Architect to deliver fast‑paced, high‑impact adoption and change‑management engagements for Microsoft AI products. You will work in short, modular sessions that produce concrete artifacts, action plans, and measurable outcomes within hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business cases based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and execute enterprise‑level Copilot adoption strategies that drive usage and adoption scores.
• Conduct structured readiness assessments, mapping stakeholders, personas, workflows, and change risks.
• Develop 12‑week adoption plans with ADKAR milestones, sponsor roadmaps, resistance mitigation, and KPI tracking.
• Create executive steering cadences, communication calendars, training paths, and champion networks.
• Deliver 2–4 hour modules that end with tangible artifacts, decisions, and a 30‑day follow‑up checklist.
• Monitor progress, track value, and adjust strategies based on usage signals and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in adoption, change management, or transformation consulting.
• Proven ability to lead business case identification, stakeholder engagement, and executive sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills to assess readiness, risk, and enablement maturity.
• Excellent communication skills to produce clear action plans, templates, and reporting artifacts.
