After Sales Operations Manager – Belgium & Luxembourg

About the role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Operations Manager to lead Geely’s after‑sales network across Belgium and Luxembourg. Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Benelux, you will ensure a seamless customer experience, drive service performance and support the growth of our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen a service network that delivers flawless customer experiences for Geely owners.
• Monitor and achieve annual service targets across the network.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise service quality.
• Negotiate and finalize after‑sales agreements with new service partners and dealers.
• Conduct regular regional dealer visits, host workshops, and review partners’ after‑sales business plans.
• Oversee development, execution, and review of after‑sales projects within the network.
• Manage customer satisfaction (CSI), support complaint resolution and goodwill authorisations.
• Collaborate with the parts manager to improve spare‑parts availability and delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams to ensure timely execution of service campaigns.
• Introduce and deploy Geely after‑sales IT systems (e.g., GODP, LMS, TIS) to dealerships and service stores.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of proven experience in an after‑sales role within a large automotive organisation.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented, pressure‑tolerant attitude.
