Account Manager – Space Systems & ESA Projects

About the role

Redwire Space Europe is seeking a hands‑on Account Manager to act as the key bridge between sales, project management and technical teams. You will support the full lifecycle of ESA‑related projects, from proposal development through change request management, ensuring customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and support the creation of proposals and assist in the development and submission of Change Control Notes (CCNs).
• Take ownership of out‑of‑scope requests, track CCNs and provide clear documentation to accelerate decision‑making.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers, sales, project managers and technical teams, maintaining visibility on the sales pipeline.
• Support negotiation of commercial terms, contribute to tactical sales discussions and help map the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and align customer expectations with internal capabilities.
• Hands‑on attitude and experience working with technical and engineering teams.
• Interest or experience in ESA‑related domains such as microgravity, IBDM, avionics or small satellite platforms.
