Account Manager – Public Sector ICT Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as the single point of contact between our ICT contractor and a major public‑sector client in Brussels. You will combine relationship management, service delivery governance, and business development to drive sustainable growth within a complex regulatory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders such as IT managers, project officers, and contract managers.
• Ensure compliance with framework and project‑specific contracts, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and oversee delivery of application development, infrastructure management, support, and consulting services.
• Coordinate allocation, onboarding, and off‑boarding of ICT consultants and technical profiles, maintaining a healthy resource pipeline.
• Identify and pursue new order forms, contract extensions, and service expansion opportunities; prepare pricing proposals and commercial offers.
• Participate in steering committees, prepare regular reports on service delivery, financial performance, risks, and ensure compliance with EU procurement regulations, GDPR, and client‑specific data handling policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven experience managing large public‑sector or institutional accounts is a strong advantage.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and understand strategic IT roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of EU procurement rules, GDPR, and information‑security standards.
