Account Manager – On‑Trade (Antwerp)

About the role
As an Account Manager – On‑Trade, you will be responsible for growing Moët Hennessy’s presence in Antwerp’s gastronomy and luxury venues. You will manage a portfolio of existing and new accounts, driving volume, distribution and brand‑building objectives while ensuring premium execution of the portfolio at point of sale.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned on‑trade portfolio focused on gastronomy and luxury venues in Antwerp.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow‑up daily, and maintain strong commercial relationships.
- Identify and convert prospects, expanding the local on‑trade network.
- Implement sales, distribution and brand‑image plans, securing optimal listings and assortments.
- Create brand exposure through in‑outlet initiatives and support for special events.
- Track turnover targets, monitor volume development and profitability, and propose corrective actions.
- Represent Moët Hennessy Benelux at events, trade moments and portfolio tastings.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the on‑trade sector.
- Proven track record managing day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of smaller to mid‑size clients.
- Strong knowledge of Antwerp’s gastronomy and premium venue scene; local network is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

- Analytical mindset to track performance, profitability and prioritize accounts.
- Professional presentation skills for premium brand tastings.
