About the role
Thales is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise and government customers within its Digital Identity & Security division. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, building long‑term relationships and addressing individual client needs.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, resolve conflicts, and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks in line with company strategy.
- Support the Marketing team in external communications and represent Thales at events.
- Maintain accurate registration and data entry in the CRM system.
- Report on account status, track sales targets, and monitor quarterly results and forecasts.
- Identify actions to improve sales performance and spot growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Professional working proficiency in French and English; native Dutch.
- Strong knowledge of information security policies, privacy rules, and procedures.
- Ability to recognise and report suspicious behaviour, phishing, or social‑engineering attempts.
- Understanding of security practices for handling sensitive and personal data.
Required skills
- CRM usage and data management.
- Information security awareness.
