Account Manager – French (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to grow and retain our French‑speaking customer base. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams across our global offices while delivering tailored SaaS solutions that help clients manage digital documents more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and renew contracts with existing French‑language clients.
• Cross‑sell additional Nitro portfolio products, such as eSigning and identity verification.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Inform the sales team of new opportunities and competitive insights.
• Develop strategies with clients to enhance their brand and promote Nitro’s solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (Dutch a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
• Passionate about delivering the best solutions to customers.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international, team‑oriented environment.
