Account Manager – Benelux (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑centric Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients for Ibexa’s marketing orchestration platform. Based in Louvain‑la‑Neuve, Belgium, the role is hybrid and involves acting as a trusted advisor, driving customer success, retention and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, building trusted relationships and aligning platform usage with business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance against KPIs and recommend optimisation strategies to maximise customer value and ROI.
• Monitor account health, adoption and satisfaction, lead contract renewals, negotiations and commercial discussions, and drive upselling, cross‑selling and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal product, marketing, sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.
• Manage complex, multi‑product and international customer relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and aligning headquarters, regional teams and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer success or a related SaaS role.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing renewals, upselling and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, including executive‑level interactions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
