About the role
As an Account Executive for Uber Eats in Belgium, you will build long‑term partnerships with local restaurants, helping them grow while expanding Uber Eats’ footprint across cities such as Brussels, Antwerp and Ghent. The role combines high‑volume prospecting, complex negotiations and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑moving, multilingual market.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and cold‑call restaurants to generate a high‑volume pipeline (≈40% of daily activity).
- Qualify leads, pitch Uber Eats solutions and negotiate commercial terms (≈40%).
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, marketing, legal and product teams to activate merchants and resolve blockers (≈10%).
- Maintain accurate data entry and administrative rigor in Salesforce (≈10%).
- Manage long‑term relationships, balancing quick wins with strategic, multi‑month deals.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven external sales experience, preferably in B2B or restaurant/food‑service environments.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable managing your own time in an ambiguous, fast‑paced setting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to turn objections into alignment.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM usage for pipeline and data management).
