Account Executive (Full-Cycle Sales)

About the role

Paperbox is looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for its AI‑driven insurance automation platform. You will be the primary contact for insurers and brokers, showcasing how the Clara AI Agent streamlines mailroom operations and improves customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers in the insurance sector.
• Conduct product demos, build business cases, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Execute the go‑to‑market strategy focused on insurers and brokers, especially in the Dutch market.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting using HubSpot.
• Target innovators and early adopters to generate market momentum.
• Tailor the value proposition to local regulatory and market needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Travel regularly within the focus market as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle B2B sales, preferably SaaS or insurance technology.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely with a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable with regular travel and adapting to market-specific requirements.
