About the role

The Deputy Store Manager at BOGGI Milano leads the store team to build strong client relationships and turn the brand’s vision into daily commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor team, ensuring sales standards are met.
• Coach and develop staff through feedback, on‑the‑job training and motivation.
• Engage clients with a consultative sales approach aligned with the brand.
• Analyse key KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences using storytelling and deep product knowledge.
• Prioritise daily tasks and manage unexpected situations with confidence.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience in premium fashion or menswear.
• Proven ability to observe, lead, motivate and develop people.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to lead by example and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
