GTM Associate Internship – Go-to-Market Operations

About the role

As a Go‑to‑Market Associate Intern you will work within GTM Operations, supporting the sales, marketing and customer success engines of Conveo’s AI‑driven research platform. You’ll get hands‑on experience building internal tools, managing sales enablement assets and streamlining operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship internal GTM tools such as sales collateral repositories, pricing calculators and product onboarding flows.
• Own the sales enablement hub, keeping decks, one‑pagers and other assets up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
• Manage the support inbox, creating automated triage workflows to ensure fast, high‑quality customer responses.
• Maintain contract and document inventories, perform classification, gap analysis and support renewals and subsidy applications.
• Research market verticals, track competitors and surface insights to refine go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• High agency and strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives independently.
• Comfortable working with data and senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/GTM tools.
• Experience with no‑code or AI tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Claude).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and light data analytics.
