About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our partner’s marketing team in Belgium. The role focuses on producing engaging B2B content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, driving brand visibility and audience interaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish high‑quality social media posts tailored for B2B audiences across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop visual concepts, narratives, and content formats that reinforce brand presence.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
• Track social media trends, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimise future content.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teammates to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Support ongoing content planning and contribute fresh ideas for new marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience creating and editing social media content in a B2B marketing environment.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical mindset with experience using performance data to refine strategies.
