Senior Workday Integration Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Workday Integration Consultant you will drive the rollout and adoption of the Workday Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) solution across multiple countries. You will support product evolution, guide customer onboarding, and ensure integrations are configured, deployed and perform reliably while working closely with product teams, country stakeholders and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of Workday GPC solutions, including DCoD and APD, across several countries.
• Configure, deploy and validate integrations to guarantee data accuracy and system performance.
• Align global standards with local payroll requirements during onboarding.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, advising stakeholders on integration best practices.
• Monitor integration performance, identify issues and resolve them promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR and/or third‑party integrations.
• Strong experience with integration data formats such as XML, JSON, SFTP or XSLT.
• Hands‑on experience with test cycles, including test planning and execution.
• Proven experience in international or multi‑country environments.
• Excellent analytical skills, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English.
