Senior Transaction Services & Restructuring Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Brussels as a Senior. The role involves direct contact with corporate clients and private equities, providing well‑structured advice in acquisitions or crisis‑driven restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Participate from the initial client meeting pitch through analysis to closing of the deal.
• Execute analyses, identify issues and key drivers that may impact the transaction or restructuring.
• Summarize findings of financial statements and business plans in reports for the board and key stakeholders.
• Contribute actively to business development, both internal and external, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Steer and provide guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience in finance (audit, consulting, advisory, transaction services, corporate banking, corporate finance, accounting or controlling).
• Financial analytical skills are considered an asset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for challenging projects.
• Drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
