Senior Clinical Research Associate – Remote (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Belgium team. The role can be performed fully remote from anywhere in Belgium or on‑site/hybrid from our Brussels office. You will lead monitoring activities, ensure compliance with protocols and regulations, and support the delivery of high‑quality clinical trial data.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote and on‑site monitoring visits using a risk‑based approach.
• Perform source data verification (SDR), source data validation (SDV) and case report form (CRF) review.
• Assess investigational product inventory and documentation.
• Document findings, issue corrective actions, and follow up to resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with investigative sites to ensure protocol adherence.
• Provide trial status updates and progress reports to the Clinical Team Manager.
• Support investigator payment processes and ensure audit readiness.

Required profile

• Previous independent monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication for reports and correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
