Senior Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate & Commercial Law team in Brussels. You will provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate matters, supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate structuring documents, and other legal instruments.
• Support legal project management activities, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic legal solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws and PwC internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage complex legal frameworks and deliver high‑quality advice.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
