Project Manager – Design

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex design projects. You will be responsible for quality, scope, schedule and budget performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a Project Management Plan that aligns with project risk and scope.
• Ensure the plan is followed by all team members and monitor progress against schedule and budget.
• Identify margin improvement opportunities and maintain a positive cash balance through timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with the Resource Manager/Planner to allocate the right personnel to project tasks.
• Communicate client variations that may affect scope, budget, schedule or quality and manage the change process.
• Oversee handover activities with the Pursuit Leader and guarantee client quality expectations are met.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineer in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent, with experience in MEP or HVAC.
• Proven experience as a project manager handling multidisciplinary projects from design through implementation.
• Familiarity with resource planning, quality monitoring and budget control.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
