Full Stack Engineer – Sitecore AI Migration

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to lead the migration of our platform to Sitecore AI. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑performance, secure, and observable solutions across both backend and frontend layers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the migration of the existing platform to Sitecore AI.
• Conduct regular code reviews focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimize platform performance through caching, database tuning, and CDN/WAF improvements.
• Enhance observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Application Insights or Azure Monitor.
• Participate in defining and adopting SLA/OLA, incident, and change‑management processes.
• Document all technical and security changes in line with governance and audit requirements.
• Support the project team throughout the Sitecore AI migration effort.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (spoken, written, and read).
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.
• 1+ years of professional backend development experience with Python and FastAPI.
• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience with React (Next.js a plus).
• 2+ years of experience building backend services with Node.js (NestJS a strong plus).
• 1+ year of experience with a Node.js headless CMS (TypeScript a strong plus).
• Experience deploying services to the cloud and setting up DevOps pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
